After making impressive sales in the first two weeks, PHICOMM now introduced around 107 service centers across more than 100 cities in India. The brand is quickly expanding its network to more cities.
PHICOMM has tied up with multi brand service centers in cities across India. It will provide pick and drop services in the cities in which they do not have a presence yet. PHICOMM commits that software repairs will be sorted within 24 hours at service centre. Since Passion 660 hardware repairs are not authorized at the service centers. In this case, the defective unit will be replaced by the company and the process would take 7 to 10 working days. The warranty period for the Phone is 1 year and the warranty period for the charger is 6 months.
“PHICOMM has already provided for sufficient replacement units and has ensured service readiness at all their listed locations”, shared the CEO of PHICOMM, Mr. Zheng Min. He adds, “PHICOMM is committed to the Indian consumer. They shall continue to try and find new and innovative ways to delight their customers.”
